Hello and Welcome! I am the founder of Golden Roots. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults going through various life transitions, and families. As a mom, former military spouse, and Veteran, I understand how fast life circumstances can change. I am passionate about supporting others throughout their various life transitions and wellness journeys.   • Individual Therapy

    We provide individual therapy sessions for children as young as 10 years old, Teens, and Adults. Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes and are tailored to your individual goals and healing journey.

  • Family Therapy

    Family Therapy focuses on the family’s wellness as a whole. Sessions may help resolve family conflicts, improve relationships within the family dynamics, and increase healthy communication. ***Current waiting list for family therapy

  • Community Outreach & Groups

     We provide and have experience in participating in support groups, workshops, and panel discussions to provide educational resources and engage in open dialogue discussions that promote holistic wellness and dispel mental health stigmas.

  • Consultation & Supervision

    We are invested in promoting wellness and development for professionals. We aim to enhance individual and group practices by providing strategies that promote quality therapeutic services and stronger client-therapist connections.

  • It begins with an initial consultation where we get to know you and discuss what you are going through and your goals for therapy. Together with your therapist, you will create a personalized therapy plan based on your unique needs and goals. This will serve as a guide for your journey toward wellness. Lastly, you meet regularly with your therapist for counseling sessions where you are provided with strategies and tools for meaningful progress on your wellness journey. We’ll continually evaluate your progress and adjust your therapy plan as you continue to evolve.

  • Individual and family sessions are held weekly or biweekly depending on individual needs. Group and

  • We are currently telehealth only. To ensure your privacy sessions are delieverd through a secure platform that only you have access to via personal link provided prior to session.

  • Cancellation notices are required 24 hour in advance to avoid cancellation fee.
